Jack, a rescued 14-year-old Parson Russell Terrier, was diagnosed with cancer and given only months to live. But for a day, the dog became an honorary K-9 officer. Riding in a patrol car with members of the Wilmington Police Department in North Carolina was on Jack's bucket list. His wish came true when he spent the day with Sgt. Lisa Kittrell, driving around in her car and joining her on foot patrol in a park.
